Unveiling the Luxurious Interior of the VOYAH FREE+: Features, Technology, and Design Aesthetics

At the 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Auto Show, the interior of the VOYAH FREE+ was officially unveiled to the public. The new vehicle is equipped with the Harmony Space 5 system for its cockpit and utilizes Huawei s Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 4. Positioned as a mid-to-large SUV, the VOYAH FREE+ offers both pure electric and range-extender powertrain options. Pre-sales for the new model will begin in June, with its official market launch scheduled within the year.

The Voyah FREE+ is equipped with a 15.6-inch 2K ultra-clear display that enables five-screen interaction (central control screen, rear screen, AR-HUD, instrument panel, and climate control screen). It supports one-touch projection from HarmonyOS smartphones and cross-device task transfer, allowing seamless synchronization of audio, navigation, and other information to the vehicle system. The rear MagLink docking station is compatible with multi-brand tablets, enabling independent video viewing and central control interaction. Additionally, the new model will offer three interior color options: Aurora Purple, Amber Brown, and Deep Sea Blue.

The interior adopts the Urban Light and Shadow Aesthetics and Five-Sense Immersive Cabin design language, creating a differentiated experience through five dimensions: touch, physical sensation, hearing, smell, and vision. For tactile appeal, 95% of the cabin is wrapped in soft materials, with faux suede covering areas like the dashboard and door panels, complemented by biomimetic golden silk white peach wood trim.

On a sensory level, the 2,960mm wheelbase delivers nearly 1.9 meters of pure seating space. The driver’s Lumbar Support pilot seat is optimized for ergonomic comfort, while the front passenger’s Zero Gravity seat features a leg rest and a 163-degree recline function. The rear seats offer 27-degree backrest angle adjustment, an additional 12-degree tilt, and rapid heating/ventilation capabilities.

In terms of auditory experience, the new car features the Voyah Sound audio system, equipped with 22 speakers, a 7.1.4 panoramic sound field, and dual headrest speakers, along with support for supercar exhaust sound simulation to further enhance driving excitement. For olfactory comfort, OEKO-TEX-certified materials and CN95 air filters ensure cabin air quality. Visually, the design centers on a floating island layout, 256-color waterfall ambient lighting, and a Time Mode dynamic lighting system, aiming to create a cabin atmosphere that blends technology with warmth.

As the first mass-produced model under the Huawei ecosystem equipped with the HarmonySpace 5 cockpit system, the VOYAH FREE+ achieves a comprehensive breakthrough in intelligent interaction and ecosystem connectivity. The system features a cloud-based voice training engine, supporting multi-intent recognition in a single command, continuous dialogue, and sound zone locking, while the voice assistant Xiao Yi can learn user habits to optimize the interactive experience. It also offers four scenario modes—nap, car wash, power-on when exiting, and camping—automatically adjusting cabin environment parameters to suit diverse usage scenarios. The Harmony ecosystem supports over 50,000 mobile apps for in-car use, and with the HSpace-Link peripheral open protocol, future expansions will enable more smart device integrations.

The VOYAH FREE+ series comes standard with four-door soft-close doors, featuring automatic closure functionality that withstands temperatures from -30°C to 50°C. Its 7L large-capacity refrigerated compartment can cool to 0°C within 10 minutes, meeting the needs for chilled beverages and temperature-controlled storage. The tri-zone independent climate control system allows separate temperature adjustments for the driver, front passenger, and rear seats, while prioritizing noise reduction.

Additionally, the new car s front passenger seat is equipped with a smart vanity mirror featuring an integrated screen design, supporting daylight-level color rendering and three-level color temperature adjustment. The trunk includes a 220V charging socket, enhancing practicality for outdoor scenarios. A 1.78㎡ panoramic sunroof paired with an electric sunshade blocks over 99% of UV rays, balancing natural lighting and sun protection needs.

Looking at the new car s exterior, the overall design carries a more technological aesthetic compared to the FREE, featuring a full-width LED light bar design on the front fascia, along with a continuous ventilation opening for cooling on the lower bumper. In terms of dimensions, it measures 4915mm in length, 1960mm in width, and 1660mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2960mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large-sized SUV.

The powertrain continues to feature a range-extender system composed of a 1.5T range extender, with the engine delivering a maximum power output of 95 kW and the drive motor offering a peak power of 215 kW. Additionally, it is equipped with an EDC Magic Carpet Suspension, providing five selectable driving modes and the ability to anticipate road conditions.
